Rutger, 18-10-20, had a problem he wanted to discuss with me upon arrival. His microchip stated he was a female and he pleaded with me to put things right which I have. Rutger is a boy and has never identified as a girl. He is the loveliest little guy and is always up for some cuddles. He gets alióng with his cat friends but keeps mainly to himself. Rutger is also fine with dogs and kids and his dream, if it will come true, is a home which offers lap sitting.
